Appearances – lessons learned
The majority of people understand which of their daily health habits have a direct effect on their quality of life. Aging forces them to re-think their decision to do something about their poor health habits. Their motivation is found through their own struggles or by watching other individuals suffer with a poor quality of life.
My plan is to encourage male baby Boomers to view aging as a gift and to provide data that allows them to feel the blessing of living long enough to see their children’s, children.
