Dan’s new book “You’re, too Old to Die Young” provides a wake-up call for the male baby boomer on how to age with dignity. The simple truth is modern medicine and technological advances have gifted the baby boom generation longevity but most will be forced to realize the drastic difference between being alive and having a high quality of life.
He believes - similar to Lee Marvin in the dirty dozen - that a male baby boomer can’t change his morality but if he signs up to change his behavior he can still change his legacy. His book highlights a healthier dirty dozen daily habits that are necessary to make sure the baby boom generation remains physically, emotionally and socially engaged.
This website is the first step in creating a movement where male baby boomers can learn more about the aging process and it will encourage them to share their personal stories with the intent of helping others age with dignity.
